Of course, your personal strategy will depend on how many referrals you have for each programme, however the outlined strategy below is a good guide to start with.

If I have any problems with 5 at once, experiment with shutting down individual view-bars to find which one is causing the problem, and then replace it with a different one from the instant paying sites page.

Without a doubt, the most important strategy of all is to try to increase your referral base. There are several ways to do this, with the best being to get your own web site. You don't have to be an expert by any means to do this. You don't even really need to get listed on search engines although it can help. I use a business card with my Web address on it and give it to everyone I ever meet. It's very easy to say "Are you on the Internet ?".

The below example uses exactly the same surfing habits as the one above, except it assumes you have now got 5 direct referrals each of who have only two referrals each, and they also follow the surf plan outlined above.

Regular Strategy updates are sent out in the Newsletter as and when new companies go live. If you are new to getting paid to surf, my first recommendation is to visit the instant pay sites and join each of those. The strategies are not really important until you have access to more than 3 paying sites at any one time.

Here are some basic guidelines for successful surfing :-

• Never ever, ever, ever spam. It could literally cost you a fortune !!

• Don't try to cheat. The companies providing these services are not stupid, and if you get banned, it could cost you a fortune. Also, if you cheat, it de-values the whole system for everyone else. Stick to ethical strategy.

• Initially just get the instant paying sites working for you and get a feel for the whole setup.

• Use a high screen resolution. Try 1024 x 768 as apposed to 800 x 600. The bars are less obtrusive, and it doesn't take long to get used to.

• Get your own web site as soon as possible so you can start guiding people towards it and building your referral base. Also try to get some business cards with the site address on them to give to people you meet every day.

• Take some time each day to click on some of the advertised sites which are of interest to you. This will increase the payment rates for everyone, and also the ad-bars will learn the sort of ads you like. There are some great sites to be seen through clicking on the banners.
